 1. Do we need to pay for admission to Xcaret Park when attending a wedding?

No, the wedding guests have special access and do not pay for admission to the park unless they wish to enjoy it for the entire day.

The wedding areas are already assigned according to the bride and groom's choice, so that such guests will always be at the ceremony, cocktail party, dinner or “After Hours”, whatever the case may be.

2. Do you have special wedding brochures?

3. Do you perform any other type of events, besides weddings?

Yes, we can prepare various social events, such as christenings, debutante balls, Sweet Sixteens, Bar Mitzvahs and graduations. The options for location, restaurants, food and schedules are the same as those offered for weddings.

4. What kind of support do the Event Coordinators provide?

The Special Event Coordinators at Xcaret Park will be in charge of the logistics and of the operation of the services offered by the park, as well as the areas in it.

They may also recommend additional service providers which may not be available at the park and their contact information.

5. Do the Event Coordinators make arrangements for religious or civil ceremonies?

The Special Event Coordinators are in charge of the services and the areas in Xcaret Park , but they will gladly provide contact information for the Priest, Judge or Minister, as requested.

6. When there is an event involving various areas or restaurants, how do you show the way the guests need to follow?

All areas are perfectly illuminated with candles and torches for demarcation; in the same manner, the path between one area and another is indicated with candles. In addition, we have the support of hostesses to provide the guests with directions.

7. How late can the party last?

The rent for the restaurants is up to 2:00 a.m., but there is the option to rent it for additional hours; the latest any event may last is up to 4:00 a.m.

8. Can we use the St. Francis of Assisi Chapel to perform any other type of non-Catholic ceremony?

Yes, the St. Francis of Assisi Chapel is open to weddings performed by a Minister.

9. Can we provide our own performers to entertain at the ceremony and the reception?

Xcaret Park has a diverse range of musical options, from classical music to modern, pre-Hispanic and regional.

In order for the artists collaborating with us to belong to the select group of Xcaret performers, they have to provide diverse proof to validate that their artistic and musical quality is up to Xcaret Park 's standards. With these abilities Xcaret Park guarantees satisfaction in our events, which we could not ensure with a musical group from the outside. Because of this, Xcaret Park reserves the right of admission in order to not jeopardize the quality of the event.

10. If I have a different idea to celebrate my wedding according to my religion, can I carry it out at Xcaret?

For this purpose, it is necessary that you provide us detailed information of what you would like to accomplish, and Xcaret Park will inform you of the possibilities according to our policies on image and services.
